MATCHBOXCON MAR 23-24 2024 OFFERS A LIMITED NUMBER OF 8’X7’ SPACES
Vendor spaces are 7’ deep x 8’ wide, a few larger spaces.
Spaces are on a first ordered basis
We provide an indoor climate controlled, secure space with 1 table,
1 chair, light, clean restrooms, close-by vendor parking, and trash pickup….
To rent a space you must agree to the following terms:
(2 people allowed per 8' x 7' x space)

Exhibit for the FULL TWO DAYS: Sat, March 23: 10am-6pm // Sun, Mar 24: 10am-5pm
THIS SHOW IS INDOOR - RAIN OR SHINE!
1. Load in on: FRI, MAR 22, 10am-4pm and SAT, MAR 23, 8am-9:30am
2. Load out: SUN, MAR 24, 6pm-8pm and MON, MAR 25, 8am-11am *Bldg. must be empty by 11am
3. Be at least 18 yrs. old or if a Junior, Age 12-17 yrs old w/ parents permission.
4. Only exhibit, sell, trade or show diecast metal toys or related books, mags, signs, flyers, shirts, caps.
5. Bring sheets to lay over my table’s merch overnight.
6. Bring a small trash can or trash bags for your solid waste. (We pick up)
7. Bring a cart or hand truck if needed. (The show does not provide storage)
8. Please collect 6% sales tax on sales at the show to Maryland residents. You are only vending for 2 days. No MD Bus. License required. This temp lic. for 30 days. Call: 410-767-1543 or 410-767-5462
9. Do not bring small children.
10. Lock my vehicle, leaving most valuable items in trunk.
11. Be friendly. We are all diecast friends at this show.
12. I’ll promote matchboxcon.com on my social networks and help spread the word. Hal mails flyers if you need them.
Phones work in this location. Food truck onsite. Restaurants walking distance. Refunds only made in case of natural disaster.

Otherwise, we provide them, not the cooler.
The vendor buyer can use a credit or debit card and does not need to subscribe to paypal.
